Knowledge is Productive

2 Peter 1:8
"For if you possess these qualities in increasing measure, they will keep you from being ineffective and unproductive in your knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ."

If you have right quality knowledge then you will be very productive.Productivity is a term all workplace believers can relate to. Without productivity, we do not make sales, we do not deliver goods, and we do not achieve our goals. There are things in our work lives that can creep in making us unproductive. The same is true in our walk with God.

We can become knowledgeable of Jesus but fail to be effective and productive in our relationship with Him. We are a society that has great knowledge, but our comparable scale of productivity from that knowledge is extremely weighted to the knowledge side.

For this very reason, make every effort to add to your faith, goodness; and to goodness, knowledge; and to knowledge, self-control; and to self-control, perseverance; and to perseverance, godliness; and to godliness, brotherly kindness; and to brotherly kindness, love. For if you possess these qualities in increasing measure, they will keep you from being ineffective and unproductive in your knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ (2 Peter 1:5-8).

Is your Christian experience filled with knowledge, but little power? Is there staleness in your walk with God? Is there unrest in your soul? It may be due to a need to develop character that only the Holy Spirit can develop out of an obedient heart. Start now to add these qualities to your faith so that you can be productive as a soldier of Jesus Christ.

Who are you depend on ??

"No king is saved by the size of his army; no warrior escapes by his great strength. A horse is a vain hope for deliverance; despite all its great strength it cannot save" (Psalm 33:16-17).

Don't put your confidence in things the world considers to be our protection, defense, or strength. However, the man or woman who does not perform well on the job is left behind in today's competitive world. Not only is this typical of the world at large, but even many Christians promote the importance of identifying our strengths and encourage us to move in them to accomplish God's will. Yet, throughout the Bible, we are discouraged from depending upon our own strengths. Instead, we are urged to rely totally upon the Lord.

God wants us to depend upon Him, and He demonstrates this throughout Scripture. For example, in Judges 7, God wouldn't let Gideon fight against another army until he reduced his own from 22,000 soldiers to a mere 300, so that Gideon could not boast about his army's strength. In Joshua 6, God told Joshua to walk around Jericho seven times and blow trumpets instead of relying upon his mighty army to overpower his enemy. In 2 Samuel 24, God judged David when he counted his troops to determine the size of his army's strength, apparently because David took the census out of pride or overconfidence in the strength of his army.

On the other hand, Jesus instructed the disciples in due diligence through the parable of the builder, who is cautioned to consider the cost before beginning to build. "Suppose one of you wants to build a tower. Will he not first sit down and estimate the cost to see if he has enough money to complete it? For if he lays the foundation and is not able to finish it, everyone who sees it will ridicule him, saying, 'This fellow began to build and was not able to finish'" (Luke 14:28-30).

Today, bring every project and endeavor before the Lord as you ask for His power and grace to accomplish it using both your natural gifts and the Spirit of God working together.

In The Beginning of Community

Philippians 3:10

(10) Yang kukehendaki ialah mengenal Dia dan kuasa kebangkitan-Nya dan persekutuan dalam penderitaan-Nya, di mana aku menjadi serupa dengan Dia dalam kematian-Nya,

(10) [For my determined purpose is] that I may know Him [that I may progressively become more deeply and intimately acquainted with Him, perceiving and recognizing and understanding the wonders of His Person more strongly and more clearly], and that I may in that same way come to know the power outflowing from His resurrection [ which it exerts over believers], and that I may so share His sufferings as to be continually transformed [in spirit into His likeness even] to His death, [in the hope] (Amplified, English)

Everyone needs community to grow, your surroundings, your environment will determine what will you become.

The Truth on this verse is remarkable. God itself initiate the relationship and community.
This is where the law of attraction applied, which means that groups of people with certain values will attract another groups of people who have similar values

Therefore, He said that if you keep your relationship with Him persistently that you will continually transformed into His likeness.

In building community you will requires following tools:
1. Value of more deeply and intimately acquainted relationship with God and man.
Progressive shows a process. Process of open and honesty relations within community
2. Perceiving and recognizing (Acceptance)
Ability to accept and understand others characters
3. Continually transformed
Never stop to change into a better person

Those are three factors that should be prioritize in your community life!!

Management Meeting: Obstacle to Miracle

I would like to thank for those people who sympathize and shows lots of concern regarding my outstanding management meeting. It suppose to be the final decision on my company status, indeed it brings positive impacts to me.

To summarize of what experience that I acquired during the situation to front or to face the creepy management meeting, herein the complete story.

Today, I have learned on recognizing the greatest obstacle factors and convert into miracle.

The definitions of two words below shows there are two interception actions that create two different impacts.

Obstacle is "something that impedes progress or achievement"

Miracle is "perceptible interruption of the laws of nature, such that can only be explained by divine intervention"

Obstacle is creating a barrier, impediment, and hindrance to achieve the goals and create negative. However, miracle is shows action of interruption process to the laws of nature that creates positive impacts.

As per today, I've well recognized that the biggest giant or obstacle in your life is your own mind set, yourself and once you recognize it, once you overcome it, then will creates positive impacts that leads into miraculous situations.

My struggle in my professional life, working experience are mostly come from my own thinking or mind that creates extremely demotivated spirit and stressful. Miracle immediately happen when you start think of a new way to overcome your mind.

There are nothing is higher and bigger in this world universe besides almighty God.
Wake up, Raise Up, and Fight for it !!

Psalms 2:1
(1) WHY DO the nations assemble with commotion [uproar and confusion of voices], and why do the people imagine (meditate upon and devise) an empty scheme?

(1)
Mengapa rusuh bangsa-bangsa, mengapa suku-suku bangsa mereka-reka perkara yang sia-sia?

In Luke 1:37 says that "For nothing is impossible with God" or Sebab bagi Allah tidak ada yang mustahil."

Therefore, when you stand close and deeply rooted to your SOURCE (Abba, Father) then we should not be worried because to HIM, everything is possible.

Isn't it Life suppose to be tough ?

Life is define in various definitions. Your definitions will determine your perspective of life.

Some group of people will choose to live their life happily, easy going, and assume everything is great. In the other hands, there will be another side of group who choose to live their life in difficult ways, simply means to see the life in hard way perspective.

According to Wikipedia, the word 'Toughness' means the resistance to fracture of a material when stressed.

Toughness of life is about 'stamina' and 'flexibilities' of facing the resistance.

How tough are you to face the resistance ??

Rome 5:3-4
(3) Moreover [let us also be full of joy now!] let us exult and triumph in our troubles and rejoice in our sufferings, knowing that pressure and affliction and hardship produce patient and unswerving endurance.
(4) And endurance (fortitude) develops maturity of character (approved faith and tried integrity). And character [of this sort] produces [the habit of] joyful and confident hope of eternal salvation.

Roma 5:3-4

Endurance will develops maturity character of faith and integrity. Endurance is not given, however it is a process and everyone should earn for it. Endurance shall comes after practice, as practice makes perfects.

Gold shall gone through the process of purification in very hot furnace to filter out those impure materials contains in the gold itself, therefore only certain irresistible materials that filtered out.

Life isn't tough, however perspective in life will determine reaction and resistances.

Recession create Inspiration

Recession is always expected to happen in certain period of time. It is predictable and sometimes happen in cycle however it is always solvable.

Ancient says, "Life is wheel alike, as the wheel glide you will be in up and down conditions"

Your perspective will determine of where you stand, either in up or down side of wheel, or you stand of vantage point and observe the crisis peacefully. It is always good to see from vantage point positively. Positive attitude will bring confident, positive solutions and positive inspirations.

On February 4, 2009, American President Obama gave his State of the Nation address. He said, “History reminds us that, at every moment of economic upheaval and transformation, this nation has responded with bold action and big ideas. In the midst of civil war, we laid railroad tracks from one coast to another that spurred commerce and industry. From the turmoil of the Industrial Revolution came a system of public high schools that prepared our citizens for a new age. In the wake of war and depression, the GI Bill sent a generation to college and created the largest middle-class in history. And a twilight struggle for freedom led to a nation of highways, an American on the moon, and an explosion of technology that still shapes our world … We are a nation that has seen promise amid peril and claimed opportunity from ordeal. Now we must be that nation again.”

Herein some example during crisis /recession create great inspiration to be more productive as follows:

The Great Depression: 3M invented the Scotch tape (1930); Revlon launched long-lasting nail polish (1932); Campbell’s Cream of Mushroom and Chicken Noodle soup were introduced (1934); GE introduced the fluorescent light bulb (1938); Hewlett-Packard was established (1939).

Eisenhower Recessions: Texas Instruments introduced the transistor radio (1954); McDonald’s opened its first restaurant (1955); Proctor & Gamble tested Pampers disposable diapers (1960).

1973 Oil Crisis: Arthur Fry and Spenser Silver invented Post-it Notes (1974); Bill Gates and Paul Allen formed Microsoft (1975).

Early 1980s Recession: MTV hit the airwaves (1981); Diet Coke made debut (1982); Microsoft introduced Word for MS-DOS 1.00 (1983).

Black Monday: Prozac was approved as an antidepressant (1987).

Gulf War: The World Wide Web and Apple Powerbook debuted (1991).

Dot-com Bust: iPod was unveiled (2001); RIM introduced Blackberry 5810 (2002).

So, what is your inspiration ?!??! Find it now or never !!!

Philippians 4:13 (English Amplified)

(13) I have strength for all things in Christ Who empowers me [I am ready for anything and equal to anything through Him Who infuses inner strength into me; I am self-sufficient in Christ's sufficiency].
